You can now access your Patient Portal through the FxMedSupport Portal Messenger Pro app, available for both Apple and Android devices.
Getting Started
- Download FxMedSupport Portal Messenger Pro from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Select Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness as your clinic.
- Sign in using the same username and password you use for your Patient Portal.

Provider Update
We would like to share that Lindsey Cieslak, APRN, will be leaving Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness on July 14, 2026, as she and her family relocate to be closer to their loved ones.
Lindsey has been a valued member of our team, and we are grateful for the compassionate care and dedication she has provided to our patients. While we will certainly miss her, we are excited for this next chapter in her life and wish her and her family all the best.
We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition of care. If you are currently under Lindsey's care, our team will work closely with you to seamlessly transfer your treatment to another experienced provider within our practice. Your continuity of care remains our highest priority.
We are also pleased to welcome Dr. H. Tracy Davido, who joined Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness on July 1, 2026. Dr. Davido brings a wealth of experience to our team, and we are excited to continue providing exceptional care to our patients.

Important Pricing & Payment Updates
Effective December 1, 2025, our rates will be adjusted to reflect the increasing costs of providing the exceptional care, services, and patient experience you have come to expect from Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness.
At that time, previously offered promotional discounts will no longer be honored. This change allows us to maintain fair and consistent pricing across all wellness plans.
Payment Options
To allow our team to remain focused on your care, we have discontinued our in-house payment plans. Moving forward, monthly financing will be available exclusively through Cherry.
We recognize that flexible payment options are important. After carefully evaluating several financing partners, we selected Cherry because it offers an excellent experience for our patients, including:
- A quick and simple application process
- Approval decisions with no impact to your credit score
- Affordable monthly payment options
- An experience similar to our previous in-house payment plans
We will continue to accept all major credit cards, CareCredit, and HSA/FSA payments for eligible services. Cherry is simply an additional financing option for patients who prefer to pay over time.
Patients currently enrolled in a monthly wellness plan will not experience any changes to their existing payment amount or payment method until their next renewal date.
