You can now access your Patient Portal through the FxMedSupport Portal Messenger Pro app on both Apple and Android.
How to get started
- Download FxMedSupport Portal Messenger Pro from the App Store or Google Play.
- Select Florida Center for Hormones and Wellness as your clinic.
- Sign in with the same username and password you use for the Patient Portal.
If you’re experiencing urgent or severe symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Important Pricing and Payments Update
Effective December 1, 2025, our rates will increase to account for rising costs of business so we can continue providing the high-quality care, services, and experience you expect from us. At the same time, we will no longer honor previously offered promotional discounts to ensure pricing is applied fairly and consistently across all wellness plans.
To allow our team to remain focused on your health and wellness, we have discontinued in-house payment plans and now offer monthly payment plans exclusively through Cherry. We know having a pay-over-time option is important, and Cherry allows you to break treatment costs into smaller, more manageable monthly payments. After reviewing several options, we selected Cherry because it provides the best options and support for our patients. You can be approved for with no impact to your credit score, providing an experience very similar to our prior in-house payment arrangements. Patients currently enrolled in a monthly wellness plan agreement will not see a change to their existing payment amount or payment type until their next renewal date. Additionally, patients with renewal dates on or before February 28, 2026 will have the opportunity to renew at current, lower rates before the new pricing takes effect if they choose to process the renewal payment before December 1, 2025.
